Quiet neighborhood filled with restaurants, bars, coffee shops in Music City Nashville

Host was very easy to work with and responded quick, location was very good if you wanted to drive or walk around. Apartment was very nice and clean! I really enjoyed the stay.

I would definitely book again!!! Space was clean, very detailed instructions. Close to shops and restaurants, Uber to downtown was affordable and fast. They left us plenty of suggestions of fun things to to do in the area.

We've stayed here twice now and we love it! we came with friends to have a fun weekend in Nashville. lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants that are an easy 5-10 min walk from airbnb. quick uber to downtown! Randy and Diane were so gracious and accommodating! Will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Randy and Diane’s place was perfect! The location was in a great neighbourhood with lots of amazing restaurants. It was still walkable to downtown. Their place felt like home right away and was very clean. They have paid attention to the little details and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if back in the Nashville area!

I had a great experience staying here! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and kind. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to check in very late—around 2 AM—and they were so understanding and flexible about it. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful 2 bedroom Airbnb. It was extremely clean and the neighborhood is lovely. Restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again if ever come back to Nashville.

Setup is everything, and Randy and Diane's place was the perfect setup for slipping into Nashville for a couple of days to see friends and catch Elvis Costello at thr Ryman — a 10-minute Uber ride. Neighborhood is great, too.

We had a fantastic stay at Randy and Diane's! Their place was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and incredibly kid-friendly. Our kids absolutely adored the play structure in the backyard – it was a huge hit! The check-in and check-out instructions were super clear. They truly thought of everything; the house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home experience. We highly recommend their place for families!

Wonderful stay in Germantown! There were 4 of us visiting Nashville for the first time and we would definitely go back! I received recommendations for Germantown from a friend who used to live there. We were looking for something with surrounding restaurants/shops and not on Broadway. We selected this stay and were very pleased! The unit was very clean and instructions were clear. I also appreciated all of the labels across the unit to help find things! We drove downtown and I would recommend this given the distance but we walked around to several of the spots in Germantown. Great stay and highly recommend this cute and cozy abode!
