This was a wonderful place to stay - super easy to walk to a coffee shop or the farmer's market, easy to get a rideshare, was super comfortable, homey, and updated, and had great amenities. We were able to leave our luggage in the shed after checkout, which was super helpful, and Randy and Diane responded almost immediately whenever we messaged them. Loved all the games the place had as well!

Wow! This home was fantastic. Absolutely loved our stay and felt right at home from the start. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Extra amenities provided such as kids toys/books was so special for our 4 year old boy. Great location and quiet neighbourhood at walkable distance from buzzing Nashville town center. Would 100% recommend and come again! Thanks for everything!

This was a great place for my daughter who was in the middle of trying to find a new place to live after a change in living situation and a tough time . Such a cute place and Diane was so kind and accommodating . Coffee shop and great Italian place walking distance and fun to stand on front porch and watch all the people going by . Would definitely stay here again !

We loved the house for a weekend stay in Nashville. Cute, clean, and comfortable. We were able to walk to dinner both nights and catch an Uber for a quick trip downtown for nightlife. Easy to communicate with hosts.

The Airbnb was very clean and easy to find. I was concerned about parking before arriving, but it turned out to be no issue at all. The location was perfect — we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and bars, which made the stay even more convenient. I would definitely stay here again

Randy and Diane’s place is exactly as pictured. What you see in the photos is what you will find when you go inside. I love that they labeled every cabinet and most anything else you can think of so you know where to locate things. The location is excellent, in a very walkable neighborhood. We walked to get coffee in the morning. You will love having designated parking spaces. We fit a Ram 1500 truck in the space, with room for another car behind us. The back yard is great for kids and adults. There are tons of games so you wont be bored. We will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this location multiple times and Randy and Diane are amazing hosts! The place is located in a great spot with tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Always clean and comfy- and always great communication!

This place could not have been more perfect!!! Randy and Diane were excellent hosts, their place was spotlessly clean, and had ALL of the amenities. My 1.5 y/o daughter loved the playground, toys and books so much. We felt right at home. Super comfortable beds/pillows too! If you’re traveling with young children (or not) this is definitely where you want to stay! They had lots of local suggestions for things to do, always messaged back quickly (within minutes) and accommodated our reservation when we needed to stay longer than expected. Location was perfect, close to everything but also peaceful. If I could give 10 stars, I would. If we come back to Nashville, this is where we will stay again ☺️

What a wonderful stay we had at this property! The location was fantastic and the apartment really felt like home! Randy and Diane were so responsive and really helped out with every small detail!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as expected, and the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and simple to follow. There’s a Kroger less than five minutes away, which was super convenient, and the location is great—not far from 12th Ave and Broadway shopping. I would definitely stay here again.
