We have stayed at this location multiple times and Randy and Diane are amazing hosts! The place is located in a great spot with tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Always clean and comfy- and always great communication!

This place could not have been more perfect!!! Randy and Diane were excellent hosts, their place was spotlessly clean, and had ALL of the amenities. My 1.5 y/o daughter loved the playground, toys and books so much. We felt right at home. Super comfortable beds/pillows too! If you’re traveling with young children (or not) this is definitely where you want to stay! They had lots of local suggestions for things to do, always messaged back quickly (within minutes) and accommodated our reservation when we needed to stay longer than expected. Location was perfect, close to everything but also peaceful. If I could give 10 stars, I would. If we come back to Nashville, this is where we will stay again ☺️

What a wonderful stay we had at this property! The location was fantastic and the apartment really felt like home! Randy and Diane were so responsive and really helped out with every small detail!
If I return to Nashville I will definitely be choosing this apartment for my stay!!!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as expected, and the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and simple to follow. There’s a Kroger less than five minutes away, which was super convenient, and the location is great—not far from 12th Ave and Broadway shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

Randy & Diane really have put a ton of thought into every square inch of this place. Being away from always makes you miss the little things but not here! There were shelves and outlets and lights in all the right places. I wish they could come decorate/ organize my house! Also great location and my kids really appreciated the great assortment of toys and books plus the playground in the backyard! Easy parking and a short east drive to downtown. A true gem!

Absolutely loved staying here. Great walkable location to nearby restaurants, but still quiet. I needed to work one of the days and the WiFi and working space was great. Would stay here again.

We loved Randy and Diane's place! We did a girls trip to Nashville for a concert at the Ryman. Germantown was an absolutely perfect place to stay. We walked to dinner at Germantown Cafe and breakfast at Monell's. Both were excellent, and we loved that they were so close by. Parking in the back of the house was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were super soft. Everything was clean! It was super easy to Uber to the Ryman and back. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Clean space, comfortable beds and great location in Germantown. I stayed with a friend to visit another friend who lives in the area but they are totally stocked up to bring your kiddo too!! Highly recommend their place.
