Located in the heart of Nashville's Historic Germantown neighborhood, you'll love strolling by the charming gardens and historic architecture with skyscrapers in the background. We're close enough to the city to see the beautiful skyline, but far enough to have a quiet city oasis away from the bustling center.
Guest Access
This apartment is completely private and accessed by your group only, but the outdoor spaces here are shared with the two other apartments in this triplex house.
Good to know
This space is compact, but feels large and very well-designed to be very comfortable for groups of 6. Just keep in mind that there's only 1 bathroom. We've had plenty of groups of 6 stay here with no problems, but it's good for everyone to know that before they get here (:

Ubers/Lyfts are readily available and great for exploring other neighborhoods (5 points in East Nashville, The Gulch, Lower Broad, 12 South, etc.). Scooter Rentals are available all around the neighborhood (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc). There's also a daily bicycle rental station located on 5th and Monroe (Nashville B-Cycle) with a lot of other downtown locations that makes it a convenient option for getting around.
