Thank you for opening your house to us! We loved Germantown with its quaint homes, dog park, walkable paved trail, many restaurants and proximity to downtown Nashville. The house is 1.4 miles, or a 30-40 minute walk to Broadway. The house has all the amenities you need. We loved having outdoor space in the backyard too and a dedicated parking area. Diane was super responsive and so very kind. This house was a definite must stay again!

A great spot for families! We stayed here with our two year old, and really appreciated the kid amenities - books, toys, outdoor play set, kids utensils and dishes, highchair, pack n play (with toddler mattress for more comfort!) Traveling with a little one isn’t easy, so finding a place that feels more like “home” is so appreciated. The house is also in a very walkable neighborhood with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We had a great time here and would highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Worked as a great base from which to visit all we wanted to see in Nashville. This place had everything we needed and we would seek to stay here again if and when we return to Nashville.

Incredible location -- lots of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops in close walking distance, and it is a fun / energetic neighborhood. Only a 10-15 minute Uber to Broadway. Super quiet and safe at night. Remarkably clean. Will definitely book here again next visit to Nashville!

Excellent space, great hosts. Our second stay here, definitely our favorite space in Nashville. Right in the center of the Germantown neighborhood, close to great restaurants, bars, and shops. Close enough to Broadway if you like, but far enough away as well! Highly recommend. Five Stars!

The apartment is super cozy, comfortable and was perfect for our stay. We were 3 friends - each had a bed as there are 2 rooms plus the coach. It’s walkable to restaurants and coffees and about 30mins walk to broadway.
The apartment has everything you need for a weekend or even longer. We didn’t use the kitchen except for coffee but it seems to have everything if you want to cook.
The area is very quiet and calm, we slept very well!
Randy and Diane are super quick in responding the messages and even gave us a heads up that the apartment was ready earlier.

Great place for a Nashville getaway. The Germantown area is full of restaurants and coffee shops, and even some bars! Close and convenient to Downtown - Ubers from here are cheaper than parking downtown. The place is clean and comfortable and Randy & Diane were just a text away if you need anything. Great place for 4.

This is mine + my family’s third stay at Randy + Diane’s and we cannot say enough good things - as always! An absolutely beautiful property that is walkable to so many delicious restaurants, coffee shops, etc. and a six-minute Uber to Broadway. We truly have hit the jackpot with this Airbnb in terms of the neighborhood of Germantown itself, the ease of getting to the hustle and bustle of downtown, and the wonderful and gracious hosts. We’ll never stay anywhere else when we’re visiting, and if you book with them you’ll understand why immediately. Thank you Randy and Diane for sharing your space with us - see you soon!

Our stay was fantastic. This quiet neighborhood is perfectly located, being close to downtown with great walkable bars and restaurants. Traveling as a group of four, we found the space felt large, giving us plenty of room to spread out. The host was so thoughtful: the vanity desk mirrored areas in each room were a lifesaver, eliminating the usual morning bottleneck for the single bathroom. And for those with back issues, the bed was simply amazing! I woke up completely pain-free!
