Fantastic air bnb! My wife and I were traveling with our two kids and the place was perfectly set up for us. Fun games in the living room, bath toys in the bathroom, noise machines in the bedrooms.
Could not recommend this place more for families when traveling!

Fantastic stay at Randy and Diane’s place! We traveled with our family of four (toddler + infant), and their home was exactly as described. Cozy but plenty of space for our needs, and easy to check in. You could cook here, the house was equipped with everything you need for a meal.
Germantown was a nice neighborhood to walk around, easy access to restaurants. Plenty of street parking. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a launch pad to explore Germantown.
The hosts were responsive and checked in on us, but gave us plenty of privacy.
We’d stay again for sure.

My family and I decided to use this location for our first trip to Nashville during Thanksgiving. We're so grateful that we did. Somehow we managed to feel right at home while being hundreds of miles away from home. I'm sure the great accommodations and city had something to do with that. Germantown is such a nice, quiet, and walkable location. We appreciated and used many of the host's recommendations. Thanks for making our holiday trip to Nashville such a memorable one Randy and Diane!

Excellent space. Great hosts, great communication. Great location and neighborhood. Walking distance to all the shops in Germantown. All the amenities of home in the space. Comfy beds and furniture. This is our prefered space when we visit Nashville. 5-stars, highly recommend.

The neighborhood was great, the hosts were super responsive and helpful, and while the apartment is small, it has everything one needs, and I love how they marked so many things, making it easier to find what you need. The local dark chocolate treats upon arrival were a special little extra touch.

Up there with the best Air BnBs that we have stayed in!!!!
Germantown is a great neighborhood and downtown is easily reached on foot, by Uber, or public bus. There is ample parking available too.
The property is fantasticly well organised and extremely well equipped. If you need it, they have probably already thought about it and provided it.
Everything is labelled and there are clear instructions where required.
I would thoroughly recommend this place for a two couples or a family.
Randy and Diane run their Air BnB perfectly.

The home was beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. You almost didn’t wanna get out of it. They had chocolates for you when you arrived and they were the best chocolates I’ve ever had in my life. It definitely would come back.

Wish we could have stayed longer at Randy and Diane’s place in Germantown! The beds were comfy and location was perfect. We walked to a local brewery and had a yummy dinner at City House. Would love to stay there again!

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Germantown. Well appointed home. We had everything we needed and many things we didn’t expect but made our stay perfect. Clean and comfortable, We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Nashville.
